Ultimately, only a strong character can survive on the tennis tour and find his way. Whether an aspiring professional or amateur athlete, quick and specific problem-solving is the goal that makes every player become stronger and helps him play successfully.

Our Tennis Warrior training system is holistic and considers man in athletes trying both to harmonize as much as possible, so a tennis warrior is formed.Today, more than ever, we live in an increasingly fast-paced, media-dominated society in which the pressure to perform on the person is ever higher. Hustle, negative stress, pressure in the workplace, insufficiently well-balanced diet, lack of or only superficial social contacts and if there is a family, then at the end of the day there is a lack of the necessary power to invest time and love into it.

The snapshot of the modern industrial society is an actual reality. The increasing sense of acceleration is transmitted to the younger generation. They run the risk of entering a downward spiral of extreme frustration. There is a permanent pressure of performance tennis where the body and the mind must be prepared in a particular way. Since our performance and willingness to perform is closely linked to our immediate environment, there must be a predominantly positive stimuli transferred to the young player. Intact social structures, family support, proper training stimuli, and content, a well-balanced diet are often neglected.  Therefore the rewarding recovery phase are external stimuli that help the young athlete strengthen his self-regulatory powers to perform optimally in his everyday routine.

The ability to keep negative stress out and to stay positive is paramount to delivering long-term high-quality performance. The performance is a positive action. The question is at what price is required for performance. From the development, it is crucial to not only have technical and tactical but also mental and physical as a priority. In our society and in most of the associations in which the young athletes work out daily, they are demanded at all costs, WITHOUT having to pay attention to the right conditions that make long-term performance and maximum performance possible. The Tennis-Warrior Program should make it possible to become more resistant to negative external and internal stimuli. It should reinforce the positive stimuli so that the player can cope with stressful situations of life and competitive sports. If the players follow this program, they will automatically become more resistant to stress, significantly increase their technical and tactical opportunities in the match, and become quieter, more cheerful and more independent in their private lives. They will see every match as a challenge and give it they're all. Victories will keep them stay humble and they will see defeat especially as a master to learn from. The holistic training of the Tennis Warrior takes precedence over exaggerated point hunting, the dangers of burnout and incomplete development in their abilities. The individually-holistic-trained player has many more options in the match, but of course, the implementation of these skills needs more time to develop than a normal training concept that can be transferred to all players. In the long run and with the brain developing to full expression after puberty, the Tennis Warrior program will pay off twice.
