A true Tennis Warrior keeps sufficient distance to excessive materialism and the use of social media. He can make the most of minimalistic circumstances. Disciplined and mindful he/she can carry out the daily routines to reach the set goals. Our programs are holistic and focus on harmonizing human beings and athletes as much as possible to form a strong personality. Following the way of a Tennis Warrior, he/she will develop a huge resilience to all possible occurring difficulties and problems.
From the very beginning at young ages, it is of the highest importance to develop an iron, mental strength. Exercises to develop better resilience are crucial. Two third of the matches should be won and the tournaments have to be chosen in a way, that the player has to play against all three types of opponents (the "weaker" ones, the ones which are "even" and the "better" ones). Technical specialization in young ages is a big issue to debate about, but in my opinion, the game has changed so dramatically in the few past years (material, athletism, serve plus, return plus), that we can not leave the technique development by chance. It is obvious, that backswings have shortened a lot on ATP Tour and even on WTA (here it is beginning to develop more and more this way) so that a contact with a nearly stretched arm in front of the body is now most common (grips used from Eastern to Western and no "full " Western anymore). Despite the biomechanics and the technique, the athletic part of the game has become an equal asset. More time is now spent in gyms, at the physiotherapist, and with recovering methods, than practicing on the court. More than ever, the body and mind of the player are of priority. The Tennis specific athletic training, neuro athletic training and also integrated training have arrived for some years now in and off-court. Many players having special diets, to be able to perform better or to restore faster energy. Everything is done with high precision and accuracy. It is the only way to be able to compete on that high-level season for the season.
